Ina Strasser

Ina Rue Strasser, 92, passed away peacefully on October 6, 2022 in Midlothian, Texas.

Ina Rue was born on December 31, 1929 to Hecht and Pearl O'Neal in Jobe, Missouri. She married Arleigh Strasser on October 13, 1952 and they raised their family in Fort Worth, Texas.

She was a remarkable wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and matriarch who dedicated her life to the Lord and her family.

Ina Rue would be found most days enjoying nature by watching the birds, nurturing flowers and loving life with a cup of coffee in hand and a cat by her side.

She will be greatly missed by her children; son Neal and his wife Vicki, daughter Michelle, daughter Valerie and daughter Leslie Joan; seven grandchildren, a prodigious seventeen great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years, Arleigh Strasser, her parents Hecht and Pearl O'Neal, brother Bennie Lee O'Neal and son-in-law Jeff Saal.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on October 13, 2022 at 10:00 am at St. Ann Catholic Church in Burleson, Texas. This date also commemorates what would have been Ina Rue and Arleigh Strasser's 70th wedding anniversary.
