Howard Staples

Howard Staples, 78 years old, of Midlothian Texas passed away on 8/2/17.
Visitation will be on Friday 8/4/17 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home 1826 W. Hwy 287 Business - Waxahachie, TX 75165 from 7 to 9 pm.

Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Saturday 8/5/17 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home located at 1826 W. Hwy 287 Business - Waxahachie, TX 75165. Phone 972 923 2700. Brian Treadaway officiating. Burial will follow at Midlothian Cemetery at 224 S 11th St, Midlothian, TX.

Howard was born to Harry and Carrie Staples in Bridgeport, CT. He graduated from High School at Sandford High School in Sandford, Maine. He also attended college for 4 years. He then joined the Air Force where he was stationed in Amarillo, Texas. He served in the Air Force for 4 years and was honorably discharged with a rank of Airman 2nd Class E-3. While serving the Air Force in Amarillo, he met the love of his life Annelda where they were married on 11/2/62. He worked hard and faithfully for his family as a farmer and a truck driver until he retired.
Howard is preceded in death by his father Harry C Staples Sr., mother Carrie Staples, and brother Harry C Staples Jr.

Howard is survived by wife Annelda and 3 children; son Bill and wife Mika and daughter Baylee. Daughter Stacey; son Kevin and wife Nelyn and daughter Malieya.

Howard never met a stranger and loved his family dearly. He was a great story teller and loved to tell people of his many travels across the USA while driving a truck. Now he is heading down a new highway to heaven. We will miss you dad! Sundowner down and out.
