Mr. Condor passed away Saturday May 17, 2003 at the Hugley Hospice House. He was born in Rockett on March 26, 1920 to Samuel Edward and Lucy Mae Tate Condor.

Mr. Condor was a member of Farley Street Baptist Church and was the owner/operator of Condor Daycare Center. He retired in 1986. He was an avid fisherman and a lifelong resident of Ellis County. He served in the United States Coast Guard in World War II.

Mr. Condor is survived by: his wife Sybil Condor of Waxahachie; two sons Bruce and his wife Nita of Waxahachie and Brian and his wife Pam of Garland and one daughter Becky and her husband Larry Withrow of Waxahachie. One brother Kenneth Condor of Waxahachie, one sister Pearl Lloyd of Waxahachie and four grandchildren Robert Bruce Condor, Jody Ryan Condor, Angela Faith Glass and Jennifer Lynn Duncan and five great grandchildren also survive him. His parents, two brothers, two sisters and one great granddaughter preceded his in death.

The family will receive friends and relatives Monday 7-9 PM at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The celebration of life will be Tuesday, May 20, 2003 at 10 AM in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel. The interment will follow in Bell's Chapel Cemetery. Officiating will be Reverend Richard Smith. Pallbearers will be Bruce Condor, Brian Condor, Robert Condor, Jody Condor, Bobby Glass and Larry Withrow.
