Hazel Thomas

Hazel Brannon Thomas, 92 May 3, 1918 August 9, 2010 Hazel Brannon Thomas, after a very short battle with pancreatic cancer ended her 92 year stay on this earth early in the morning August 9, 2010. Surrounded by her family and an outpouring of love she went to join her husband Olin Otis Thomas and her son David Gene Thomas for an eternal life in heaven. She is survived by her daughter Carolyn Green and her husband Mike of Waxahachie. Four grandchildren; Dari, Darren Lance, Chris, and Jason. Also by three great grandchildren Dylan, Austin, and Kaleb. A 10 AM graveside service will be held Wednesday Morning August 11, 2010 at the Hillcrest Burial Park with Richard Smith officiating. In lieu of flowers the family has asked for monetary donations to be made to the Farley Street Baptist Church building fund where she was a faithful longtime member.
