Hayes Goehring

Hayes Jackson Goehring was born on Thursday, June 6, 2019 and passed gently into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, June 9, 2019 at 2 days old.

Hayes was the answer to his mommy and daddy’s prayers, and they awaited his arrival with joy.  He was absolutely perfect in every way.  He was loved and cherished beyond measure for his short life and he brought insurmountable joy to everyone around him.  He was loved by all and will be greatly missed.

Hayes is survived by his parents, Leslie and Seth Goehring of Waxahachie, Texas and big brother Parker.   His grandparents Jeff Jones of Coppell, Texas, Kathy Jones of Waxahachie, Texas, and Matthew and Suzanne Goehring of Belbrook, Ohio.  Great-Grandparents A.C. and Elaine McAfee of Mesquite, Texas and Laura Monington of Kettering, Ohio.  Hayes is also survived by aunts and uncles, James and Elizabeth Jones, Scott and Hannah Jones, Marcus and Elizabeth Baney, Stephen and Theresa Goehring and cousins Jesse, Rylee, Hadley and Ellie Jones.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, June 14, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Ovilla Road Baptist Church, 3251 Ovilla Road, Ovilla, Texas 75154.  He will be laid to rest at the Waxahachie City Cemetery, 300 S. Hawkins Street, Waxahachie, Texas 75165.
