Mrs. Bohot, a resident of Lancaster, passed away Saturday in Dallas. She was born in West, TX. to Joseph and Julia (Prasifika) Kucera. She married Edward H. Cinek in 1935, who preceded her in death. They were married 28 years. She then married Wilbert Bohot at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Waco in 1968. They were married thirtyseven years. He preceded her in death December 24, 2004. Mrs. Bohot devoted her life to her family. She was a member of the St. Francis Catholic Church of Assisi and the Alter Society at Lancaster. Mrs. Bohot loved dominoes, Czech music and dancing. She and Wilbert danced every weekend when they could.
Survivors are: sons, Edward Cinek and wife Agnes of Ennis, and Robert Cinek and wife Doris of LaVernia, TX.; five grandchildren, Edward Cinek, Richard Cinek, Jason Cinek, Johanna Russell and Monica Baker; and eleven great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husbands, five brothers, six sisters and one grandson, Robert Gene Cinek, Jr..
The Rosary will be 7 PM Tuesday at the Red Oak Chapel, 120 N. Hwy. 342, Red Oak, TX. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 AM Wednesday, July 20, 2005 at St. Mary's of Assumption Church, West, Texas with Father Ed Karasek as Celebrant. Pallbearers will be Edward Cinek, Richard Cinek, Jason Cinek, Trent Russell, Jimmy Bajer, and Charles Kucera, JR. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, West, Texas.
