Hargen Lee Conyers

Hargen Lee Conyers, 84 passed away Sunday February 11, 2024 surrounded by his family.  He was born July 04, 1939 in Paris, Kentucky to Earl and Mae Conyers.  He attended school in Ocala, Florida after graduation he joined the U.S. Army.  He served eight years before he was honorably discharged in 1972 with the rank of Sargent.  He met his wife while stationed in Germany.  He worked for Red Baron Pizza before he retired in 1988.  He loved to travel and visit his family and grandchildren.  

Lee is survived by his beautiful wife of 56 years Elvira Conyers, 4 children:  Son: Randy and wife Tamara Conyers of Florida, Daughter Sherry Sims of Waxahachie, Daughter Leni and husband Joe Perez of Waxahachie and Son: Scott and wife Karen Conyers of Waxahachie, Texas.  Brother:  Butch Conyers of Dunaway, MO and Sister Pam and husband John Sutton of Jasper, MO.  8 Grandchildren:  Randy Jr. and wife Ashley Conyers of Georgia;  Clark Conyers and fiancé Kendra of Florida;  Taylor and husband Nathan Parson of Georgia; Bailey and fiancé Kate of Palmer, Tx., Joseph Minter of Louisana, Joe Perez, Jr. of Rice, and Colton Perez of Rice. 6 Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 son:  Wanny Conyers, Brother: Will Conyers and a grandson: Joshua.  He will be missed by all who knew him.  He was a loving husband, father and friend.  A service to celebrate his life will be at a later date
