Mr. Morris passed away Friday morning in Baylor Medical Center in Waxahachie. He was born on June 20, 1963 in Tyler, Texas to Alvin Eugene and Ima Earline (Dewees) Morris. Greg worked in Management for Church's Chicken and for the last eleven years for NHRA Tracks. Texas MotorPlex, Hallsville Raceway, Denton Dragway and Greenville Mississippi Raceway. And was a active supporter of Children sports an activities and enjoyed sports and drag racing.

He is survived by his wife Debi of Waxahachie, His mother and father Earline and Alvin Farrell of Dallas, Texas; 1 son: Blanton Feaster of Waxahachie 2 Daughters: Heather Morris and Natalie Feaster both of Waxahachie and a special cousin: Cris McClellan of Fort Worth, Texas.

The Celebration of life was at 2 PM on Monday at the Champions Club at the Texas Motorplex in Ennis with Rev. Larry Smiley officiating. Interment will be on Tuesday, October 07, 2003 at 11 AM at the Caney Cemetery near Greenville, Texas. Pallbearers will be Craig Anderson, Trey Capps, Cris McClellan, Danny Rager, Robby Lopez, Ben Brown, Mike Vardaman Clif Loveless and Randy Thomas. Honorary Pallbearers will be Crystal Jernigan, Jeanette Frazier, Lynn Nickerson and Olan Gotcher.

In Lieu of flowers Memorials may be made to the Heather Morris Trust Fund at Citizens National Bank or the Greg Morris Memorial Fund in care of the Vintage Bank in Waxahachie.

Arrangements are under the direction of Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
