Glenn Broyles

Glenn Stanley Broyles (Red), 58 of Red Oak, Texas went to be with the Lord on September 7, 2011 in Waxahachie, Texas. Glenn was born on March 13, 1953 in Pineville, Kentucky to Russell and Jewell (Shears) Broyles. Glenn worked as a truck driver most of his life and as an auto mechanic. In his spare time he enjoyed the outdoors hunting, camping, and fishing. Most of all he enjoyed the company of his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father and mother. Glenn is survived by his wife, Valerie Broyles and his sons Randy Porter (wife Sara), Kevin, and Russell Broyles and daughter Crystal Broyles Olandese (husband Terry), also, his grandchildren, Joseph and Heather Olandese, Marinda, Celeste and Hunter Porter, and David and Deven Nichols. He is survived by his brothers Kenneth Broyles and John Oliver and many nieces and nephews. He was a great husband, father, brother and uncle to his family as well as many others and will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Services to celebrate his life are scheduled for 9:00 AM Monday, September 12, 2011 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Howell officiating. Interment will follow at Dresden Cemetery near Blooming Grove, Texas.
