Georgia Henthorn

Georgia Henthorn, 89, longtime resident of Maypearl, Texas went to be with her Lord on Saturday, February 14, 2015. She was born September 11, 1925 in Pluto, Texas. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Olie Paul Henthorn in April 1991. She was also preceded in death by her parents, David M. and Estell Jones; her brothers, Dearwood and G. D. Jones; her sisters, Mable Brannon, Etta Marion and Olive Mae Chandler. Georgia is survived by her children, Barbara and Bob McElyea, Joy and Ronnie Ozymy, Brenda and Kenneth Jackson and Les Paul and Laure Henthorn. She was Nannie to Robert and Shawnee Morris, Carrie and Billy Sepert, Sean Graham, Jon and Ericka Graham, Scot and Darla Jackson, James and Rose Jackson, Clint and Jennifer Jackson, Erin and Andrew Shaw, Justin and Katie Henthorn, Sara and Bryce Murphy and Abbi and Jared Terry. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, Mollie and Brazos Sepert, Christopher and Marissa Morris, Whitney and Taylor Graham, Hannah, Logan and Luke Jackson, Liam Jackson, Aubri and Oliver Murphy, Paisley Terry and Tylor, Krissy and Dessy Graham. She is also survived by many special cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Georgia was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Maypearl and a member of the Willing Worker's Sunday School Class. She will be continually missed and forever loved. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 19, 2015 at the Maypearl Cemetery with Rev. Tony Sheffield officiating.
