Gail Younger

Gail Grizzle Younger April 04, 1932 January 01, 2011 Gail Grizzle Younger of Waxahachie, formerly of Hillsboro passed away on January 01, 2011 at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas. Gail was born April 04, 1932 in Hillsboro, Texas to Catherine Livingston Smith and Oscar John Grizzle. She attended Hillsboro Public Schools and Hillsboro Junior College. In 1950, she married Bobby Younger and for 25 years made their home in Hillsboro. In 1980, Gail and Bobby built a plastic pipe company, BAY Plastics, Inc. in Burleson, Texas. After retirement, they moved to Waxahachie to be close to their daughter. Gail was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her greatest joy in life was loving her family. She was known as ‘Baba' by those who loved her. Her beautiful smile, positive attitude, and caring spirit were contagious. She was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Hillsboro where she was a Sunday School teacher and WMU director. Gail was preceded in death by her husband Bobby on March 19, 2005. Survivors include her daughter. Rikki Morrow, granddaughter Jodi Morrow Gentry and husband Greg; grandson Duff Morrow and wife Kaley; great grandchildren: Jack, Henry and Collette Gentry, Bentley and Macon Morrow all of Waxahachie; Sister: Mazelle Isenberg of Hillsboro; Sister in law: Billie Younger of Waxahachie; nieces and nephews including Cathy Isenberg, Nan Morgan, Clay Isenberg, Tommy Joe Davis and wife Linda, Charles Williams, Shane Poston, Billy and Bridget Morgan, Casey Isenberg of Hillsboro; Brent Davis and wife Becky of Frisco. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, January 07, 2011 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home with Dr. Leroy Fenton and Dr. Shane Kinison officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridge Park Cemetery in Hillsboro, Texas. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Thursday, January 06, 2011 at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
