Francisco Valdez, Jr., 32 of Red Oak, passed away October 7, 2009 at Baylor Medical Center, Dallas. He was born to Francisco and Ramona Martinez Valdez on October 15, 1976 in Othello, Washington.

He is survived by: his wife, Patricia Carballo Valdez of Red Oak; his children, Vanessa Valdez and Pedro Carballo; his parents, Francisco and Ramona Valdez of Laredo, TX.; his sister, Marie Valdez of Laredo, TX.; his brothers, Benny Valdez of Hebbronville, TX., and Eddie Valdez of Red Oak, TX.

Francisco was a member of the Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Ferris, Texas.

The family will receive friends and relatives 5-7 PM and 8-9 PM Friday, October 9, 2009 with the Rosary at 7 PM at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home, Red Oak.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 2 PM Saturday, October 10, 2009 at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Ferris with Monsignor Oscar Dales Celebrant. Graveside Service will follow at the Red Oak Cemetery with Ignacio Valdez officiating.

Those serving as pallbearers include Benny Valdez, Eddie Valdez, Pedro Carballo, Ubaldo Martinez, Jr., Manuel Benavides and Lewis Benavides.
