Felicia Ann Deering Osborn, 50, of Waxahachie, Texas, left our earthly plane to be with our Heavenly Father July 21, 2021 at 4:40 pm surrounded by her closest family. She was born in Garland, Texas on September 13, 1970 at 12:01 am as the first of three Deering children. Felicia graduated from Red Oak High School and later received several degrees with the most recent being a Bachelor’s of Business Administration.
She got her cowboy at Jack in the Box in DeSoto, Texas the summer of 1986, creating one of the greatest love stories of all time. Felicia and Russell were married on June 10, 1989 creating a home founded on love and happiness. Everyone that met Felicia knew her love for her family and friends was only matched by her love for her animals.
Felicia retired as a veterinary technician after 25 years of healing pets and helping families. She brought her passion home through her hobbies which included making sure every dog or cat had the opportunity to find a loving home, even if it was her own, and offering refuge for many chosen family members.
She was fully devoted to her two children: Morgan and Colton. Whether it was waking up at 5 am to drive across Texas for a volleyball tournament or spending late nights at the ag barn to take pictures with her favorite show pig, Glitzy, she always put her heart and soul into her kids. Felicia was always their biggest yell leader and critic, instilling a desire to be the best in any and every capacity. Her greatest joy was being an Aggie Mom and getting to see both of her children graduate with a Master’s degree from Texas A&M.
Felicia’s memory will live on through her immediate family (Husband: Russell Kevin Osborn; Children: Otto Osborn, Diesel Osborn, Maverick Vivian Osborn, Tucker Louise-TrashMouth Osborn, Nugget Osborn, Panda Osborn, Sugar Tortilla Jackson Osborn, Ki-Ki Marie Osborn, Morgan Nicole Osborn White, husband Michael Tyler White and grandchildren Rexstopher White, Doc Nicole Osborn White, Minnie Chalupa-Batman White, Hobbes Andrew Patrick White, Eggward Prentice Thafif White, Colton E Osborn; Parents: Donald Wade Deering and JoAn Parigi Deering; Sister: Andrea Faye Deering-Sampson, husband Sammy Sampson and children Shelby Layne Hatch and Mason JD Hatch; Brother: Donald Wade Deering Jr, wife Summer Michelle Day Deering, and children Ava James Deering and Hannah Mae Deering) and the many lives she touched, both human and animal.
