Eugenia é"Genieé" Pullin Warren, age 62
May 15, 1941
June 30, 2003
Genie Warren, 62, of Waxahachie, passed away Monday at Baylor UMC in Dallas. She was born May 15, 1941 in Milford, TX. to E. W. and Joy (McDaniel) Pullin. She graduated from Milford High School.
Genie married Jon Miller Warren July 15, 1961. She was a member of the New Life Center Church and of the Pentecostal faith. Genie lived for her love of her husband, children, grandchildren and supreme dedication to her business, é"American Bail Bonds,é" a family owned business. She put all the above before herself and never would have had it any other way. Genie gave her all for everyone else. She was a self less wife, mother, grandmother and boss. She was the é"rocké" and é"glueé" that held everyone of us together. No words could describe how greatly she will be missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing this gracious lady.
Genie is survived by: her husband of 41 years, Jon Miller Warren; two children, Laura Johnson and her husband Scott, and Jon Miller Warren, Jr. and his wife Christy; five granddaughters, Breanna, Brittany, Brylea and Braelyn Johnson, Harley Warren and Warren grandbaby on the way; and special family friend Carrie Daniels, all of Waxahachie. She was preceded in death by her parents.
The family will receive friends and relatives 6-8 PM Wednesday at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will be 2 PM Thursday, July 3, 2003 in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home with Reverend Edwin Lipsey officiating. Pallbearers will be Rick Shinpaugh, Harvey Munoz, Jimmy McAdams, Ronnie Johnson, D. J. DeJong and Chris Burchett. Honorary pallbearers will be Lou Enriquez, Andy Cantu and Curtis Polk. Interment will follow in Milford Cemetery.
