Euel was born November 5, 1958 in Pasadena, Texas to Cecil and Alene Hartsfield, Jr. He passed away December 22, 2003 at Parkview Regional Hospital in Mexia, Texas.

Euel lived in Eagle Lake, Texas for seven years. He spent time at the Austin State School in Austin, the Kiowa Group Home in Waxahachie, and the Mexia State School in Mexia.

Euel attended and enjoyed various church services in each of these home units. He particularly loved music and showed his joy by his wonderful smile and sweet demeanor.

He was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Hartsfield, JR. in 1980.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Alene Hartsfield Sullivan and Mike Sullivan of Waxahachie; sister, Deborah Hartsfield of Springbranch; brother, Cecil Hartsfield III of Katy; and nephews Chad Hartsfield of Nacogdoches, and Casey and Christopher Hartsfield of Katy.

Visitation will be Friday, December 26, 2003 from 11 AM-2 PM at Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The funeral service will be 2 PM, also at Wayne Boze Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Waxahachie City Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
