Mr. Wagner passed away July 12, 2008 in Dallas. She was born March 7, 1932 in North Zulth, Texas to the late Edward and Beulah Capps.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas H. Wagner of Red Oak; three sons, Wesly Spencer and Mark Spencer both of Dallas, and Bruce Spencer of Las Vagas, NV.

Mr. Wagner was preceded by her nine brothers and sisters.
