Elton Saffle

Elton Dwaine Saffle, 68 of Ovilla, passed away Thursday, May 12, 2011 in a Dallas Hospital. He was born to Elton A. and Dorothy Saffle on October 1, 1942 in Jacksonville, Florida. Dwaine loved to deep sea fish and enjoyed hunting. He loved the beach, warm weather and being outside. He adored spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren. Elton will be missed by many who knew him and loved him. He is survived by his loving parents, Elton A. and Dorothy Saffle of Ovilla; his children, Dwaine Alexander Saffle and his wife, Sheri of Ovilla, Jenny Lynn Saffle of Scotland, Tiffany Michele Saffle of Sandston, VA, Mathew Tyler Saffle of Prosper, and Karrie Lynn Morton and her husband, Mark of Richmond, VA; his brother, John C. Saffle and his wife, Mary D. of Aubrey; his sister, Diane J. Cooper and her husband, Brady of Rockwall, Texas; his adored grandchildren, Alexa N. Saffle, Caden D. Saffle, Mason T. Saffle, Keira J. Saffle and Lorelei P. Morton; and several nieces and nephews. Services to celebrate his life are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home with Pastor James Southard officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, May 16, 2011 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home, Waxahachie.
