Mrs. Thomas passed away Friday, March 21, at her home in Waxahachie. She was born in Olton, Tx. to Edson T Chambers and Myrtle Elsie (Leckliter) Chambers. She was an active member of the Waxahachie Senior Citizens and a member of the Assemblies of God Church. She was a pianist at the Honey Grove Sash Assembly of God Church in Honey Grove, Texas.

Mrs. Thomas is survived by: five daughters; Kathy and Joseph Bushnell of Monett, Mo; Madelene and Tommy Walters of Waxahachie, Tx; Faye and Bobby Lewis and Kaye and Steve Parks of Clayton, Ok; and Evelyn and Wayne Webb of Tye, Tx. Also surviving are two brothers, Ray Chambers of Waxahachie and Billy Chambers of Gunbarrell City and one sistr, Edith Faye Spence also of Waxahachie. Seven Grandchildren and nine Great Grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister two brothers, one grandson and one great grandson.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 3 to 6 PM Sunday, March 23rd at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home.The Celebration of Life will be held in Clayton, Oklahoma on Monday, March 24th with Rev Joseph Bushnell officiating. Interment will follow in the Nolia Cemetery.
