Ella Louise Shelton passed away on September 28, 2007 in Mesquite, Texas. Mrs. Shelton was born on October 10, 1948 in Ft. Worth, Texas. She married William Royce Shelton on December 19,1964 in Dallas, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Royce Shelton. Survivors include her sons, Bill Shelton and wife Kelly, Bobby Shelton and wife Cathy and Steven Shelton and wife Janna. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Willie, Lydia and Benny; one sister, Theda Gable, and one brother, Rudy Pugh, along with many friends and other relatives.

Visitation will be Sunday, September 30, 2007 from 6 to 8 PM at Red Oak Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Monday, October 1, 2007 at 3:00 PM at Red Oak Funeral Home with burial to follow at the Red Oak Cemetery.
