Edna Rogers Kindred August 05, 1929 January 30, 2011 Edna Rogers Kindred, 81 of Waxahachie, Tx. passed away Sunday, January 30, 2011 in Dallas. She was born to the late Jefferson Davis & Katherine Louise Chewning Rogers on August 05, 1929 in Dennison, Texas. She is survived by her 2 Daughters: Gloria & Ronald Hogan of Red Oak, Texas, Teresa & Marc Patrick of Duncanville, Tx., 4 Brothers: Sidney & Nelda Rogers of Denton, Tx., Sam & Joy Rogers of Sherman, Tx., Jay & Evelyn Rogers of San Antonio, Tx., Melvin & Anne Rogers of Killeen, Tx., 1 Sister: Frances & Joe Taylor of Irving, Texas; 5 Grandchildren: 4 Great Grandchildren: Numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends; 1 Special Angel: Laura Collins and a very special friend June Durrett; She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 sister: Billie Hanson; 1 brother: Jim Rogers and her son Howard Kindred. Services to celebrate her life are scheduled for 10 AM Monday, February 07, 2011 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home with John Rogers officiating. Interment will follow at 3:00 PM at the West Hills Cemetery in Sherman, Texas. Visitation with the family will be from 6-8 PM Sunday February 06, 2011 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
