Eddie Ford

Eddie Don Ford, 70 of Waxahachie, passed away Thursday, January 15, 2015 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born to the late Clayton and Gracie White Ford on September 28, 1944 in Avalon, Texas. Eddie married Brenda Allen Ford, his High School sweetheart and they enjoyed 50 wonderful years together. Both graduated from Waxahachie High School and Eddie went on to graduate from Arlington College in Arlington, Texas in 1967. Eddie was in financial business all of his life, working as a CPA and a Stock Broker in the metroplex. He loved baseball, coaching his children and enjoyed watching his grandchildren playing in various sports. He was a loving and caring husband and father to his family. The youngest of 8 children, Ed took care of all his family, especially his mother, Gracie. He will be greatly missed by all for his warm smile and friendly personality. He is survived by his wife, Brenda; his children, Randall Ford and his wife, Sara, Angee Hallmark and her husband, Adam, and Darin Ford; his grandchildren, Ethan Hallmark, Brooks Ford, Quinn Hallmark, Seth Ford, Chloe Hallmark, Ewan Ford and Ella Ford; his sisters, Billie Byerley, Darlene Walker and her husband, Marcus, Patsy Cooper and her husband, Don; his brother, Bobby Ford and his wife, Phyllis; he is also survived by his mother-in-law, Marjorie Allen; and numerous nieces and nephews.
