He is survived by his parents: Tom & Janis Willingham of Waxahachie, Texas; 1 Brother: Tony WIllingham of Lewisville, Tx., 1 Sister: Karen Deloach of Cedar Hill, Texas; 1 Niece: Brooke Deloach of Midlothian, Tx., 2 Nephews: Steven Deloach of Midlothian and Chad Willingham of Lewisville, Texas; 1 Uncle: James White of Fort Worth, Texas; He was preceded in death by 1 brother: Kevin WIllingham in 1979. Services to celebrate his life are scheduled for 3:00 PM Wednesday, December 08, 2010 graveside at the Evergreen Cemetery in Gustine, Texas.
