Doss B. Graves, 64 of Waxahachie, passed away on Sunday, December 9, 2007. He was born to the late Lewis F. & Ella F. Cantrell Graves on June 17, 1943 in Ft. Worth.
Doss graduated from Paschall High School. He worked in the printing industry, working for the Printing Center of Ft. Worth and was presently employed with Ginger Bread Press in Waxahachie. In the early 1970's he road bulls in the Rodeo. Doss adored and loved his grandchildren. He loved going to his grandchildren's games and watching them play sports. He enjoyed Nascar and watching baseball. Doss has so many close friends and family that will miss his smile. He loved everyone and enjoyed so much making others laugh.
He is survived by his loving wife, of 21 years, Lynda Graves of Waxahachie; son, Derron Tapp of Ft. Worth; 3 daughters, Luann Osmer and her husband, Tony of Waxahachie, Holly Ford and her husband, David of Bowie, Beth Milloy and her husband, Bruce of Frisco; brother, Henry E. and his wife, Patricia of Ft. Worth; mother-in-law, Wilda Moir of Waxahachie; brother-in-law, Richard Moir and his wife, Ann of Waxahachie; he is also survived by 6 loving grandchildren, Tanner Osmer, Lyndsey Osmer, Megan Osmer, Dylan Ford, Lauren Reed, Jack Reed; a great grandson, Landyn Sims; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services to celebrate his life are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 12, 2007 at Bethel United Methodist Church with Rev. Bob Raney & Rev. Mary Nell Partin officiating. Interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery.
Visitation with the family will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 11, 2007 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
