Mrs. Clevenger passed away Friday evening at Baylor Medical Center in Waxahachie. She was born April 01, 1912 in Fort Worth, Texas to Tommy & Lillie Beatrice (Cook) Clevenger. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and a member of the Fellowship Class, also a member of the Garden Club and the Eastern Star. She owned and operated Jerry's Dress Shop and later owned Roy Lee Manufacturing for many years. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She is survived by 2 Daughters and Sons in Law: DeLoris & James Hodge of Arkadelphia, Arkansas and Doris and Joe Lane of Waxahachie, Texas. 1 Brother & Sister in Law: Wallace and Doris Stockton of Athens, Texas; 6 Grandchildren: 24 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great-Great Grandchildren: She was preceded in death by her husband Lee Clevenger in 1986.

The family will receive friends and relatives Saturday, October 18, 2003 from 6-8 PM at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of life will be Sunday, October 19, 2003 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel, Wayne Boze Funeral Home, with Dr. Richard Reed officiating. Interment will follow in the Waxahachie City Cemetery.
