Donald Ray Nash,78 of Waxahachie, entered into eternal rest Monday, May 23, 2016 in Dallas, Texas.

Donald was born on October 24, 1937 to Wesley Woodrow Nash and Ina Mae Cooke. Donald spent the majority of his life in Ellis County where he had two sons, Kenneth and Joel.

Donald loved his family and especially his wife of 36 years, Mary. Together they spent 15 years driving trucks and traveling across the country creating many memories and stories along the way.

Donald is survived by his wife Mary Clark, sons Kenneth R. Nash, Joel Nash and wife Jennifer, and Rocky Pope; Brother Gary Nash and wife Sandra; Sister Carol Ann and Bobby Barham; Sister-in-law Barbara and Teaman Chancellor; 13 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren, 2 Great-Great Grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother and father.

Friends are invited from 2-4 PM Thursday, May 26, 2016 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home to sign the memorial book. A graveside service celebrating Donald's life will be held Friday at 2PM a.m. at Myrtle Cemetery in Ennis.

Arrangements are under the direction of Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
