Don passed from this life while doing what he loved, touring on his Honda ST 1300 with his friends and beloved wife Nancy. His life spirit left his physical body to be joined with his son, Landon, and his mother, Mona, on February 19, 2006, as the result of a tragic motorcycle accident. We accept that God, the giver of life, took Don to be with Him for eternity. His friends and family loved him for his quick wit and off beat sense of humor. He was born in Ft. Worth, TX. to Thurman Louis and Mona Rae (Ross) Angell. Mr. Angell had served in the US Marine Corps and was a systems programmer for MBNA. He was a member of the Veterans for Peace. He and Nancy had been married for 33 years.

His survivors include: his wife, Nancy Angell of Red Oak; father, Louis Angell of Springtown, TX.; brother, Hank Angell of Wichita Falls, TX.; mother-in-law, Betty Schluntz of Beaumont, TX.; sister-in-law, Carolyn St. Clair of Houston, TX.; niece Amber Angell of Torrence, CA.; nephews, Jared Angell of Rowlett, TX., and Chad Angell of Arlington.

The family will receive friends and relatives 7-9 PM Thursday at the Red Oak Boze Family Funeral Home. A casual Memorial Service will be 2 PM Friday, February 24, 2006 in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home, Waxahachie, with Randy Burgett officiating.
