Mrs. Hilliard joined her heavenly father early Saturday morning at Charlton Methodist Hospital in Dallas, Texas. Mrs. Hilliard was born in Mountain Home, Idaho the daughter of Raymond and Charlotte (Kester) Mouser. After graduating from High School and attending college she married Kenneth Hilliard May 12, 1962 in Sisters, Oregon. Dee had been a Day Care Director and member of Cross The King Lutheran Church in DeSoto, Texas. She was currently a member of Christ The King Lutheran Church in Waxahachie, Texas.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years Kenneth Hilliard of DeSoto, Texas, two sons; Timothy Hilliard, Steven Hilliard and his wife Rhonda both of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, her daughter Charlene Worley and her husband Larry of DeSoto, Texas, eight grandchildren, her mother Charlotte Mouser of Sisters, Oregon, and one brother Don Mouser and his wife Carol of Redmond, Oregon.

She was preceded in death by her father and one son Todd L Hilliard.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 7 to 9 PM Friday at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home in Waxahachie, Texas. The Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 13, 2007 at the Christ The King Lutheran Church in Waxahachie.

The family request that memorials be made to the American Lung Association.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
