Deborah L. Jordan, 49 of Red Oak, passed away Thursday, September 30, 2010 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born on September 7, 1961 in Dallas, Texas. Deborah loved the Galveston Coast and gardening. She enjoyed most anything that was out doors including camping and fishing. Deborah had a huge heart and loved caring for others and always put the needs of others first before her own needs. Deborah was a Registered Nurse and was a supervisor, and was awarded Ellis County Nurse of the year. Of all her accomplishments in life, the one she was most proud of was her family and spending time with those she loved. She will be missed and continually loved by so many. She is survived by her loving husband, Henry Keith Jordan of Red Oak; her sons, Brian Bonner and his wife, Jennifer of Dallas, Brandon Bonner of Irving, Nathan Hairston and his wife, Curri of Ferris, Nickolas Hairston and his wife, Tiffany of St. Louis, MO, Jason Jordan and his wife, Kris of Texas City, Texas; her father, Henry Chappell and her step-mother, Beverly; her brothers, David Chappell and his wife, Regina of Greenville, Henry Chappell and his wife, Tina of Sulphur, OK, Michael Chappell and his wife, Lori of Henderson, Texas and James Chappell and his wife, Kayna of Red Oak; her sister, Charolette House and her husband, Donnie of Palmer; her grandchildren, Lanie, Jackson, Hunter, Austin, Mia, and Zoe; a special aunt, Darlene Brown and her husband, Drew of Fouke, AR; and her loving pet, who never left her side, Lilly; also by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Wanda Gentry and Wanda's husband, Paul; Services to celebrate her life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 2, 2010 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Adams officiating. Interment will follow at the Red Oak Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, October 1, 2010 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
