David was born in Dallas, Texas on November 28th, 1962 and raised with his siblings by two loving parents John and Patricia. David attended South Grand Prairie High School in Grand Prairie, Texas and thereafter held many management roles in the restaurant and health service industry. David worked for Metrocare Services for twenty-five years where he dedicated himself to improve the lives of others. David not only improved the places he worked, he improved the lives of everyone he met, friends and family alike. Whether it was through a helping hand, sharing his time and his heart, he always gave everything he had to help others.
David was a loving, devoted son, brother, father and grandfather, uncle, nephew and cousin to many. David was loved by many, family and friends alike and will be forever cherished.
David leaves to cherish his memory his mother Patricia, his daughter Amy, brother Rickey and wife Cheryl, sisters Deborah and Robin, grandsons Brendan, Ian and Korbyn, niece Abbey, and nephews Blake, Jason, Jeremy and Tim as well as five aunts and uncles and a host of cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a memorial gift to Wounded Warriors in honor of David who was an avid supporter.
