Daniel Shoemaker

Daniel Lars Shoemaker passed away on January 4, 2014 in Edmond, Oklahoma. He was born November 28, 1985 in Germany. Daniel was funny, kind, loving Husband, Son, Grandson, Brother, Uncle, Nephew & Friend. He was a family man and loved his wife dearly. His favorite hobbies were hunting & fishing, and as a Proud Texan he was a huge Dallas Cowboy & Texas Longhorn fan. Daniel or "Shoe" was very giving and his unforgettable smile would light up any room. He was a Proud Member of the United States Air Force, as an AWACS Environmental & Electrical Systems Instructor. Daniel is survived by his loving wife, Sarah Shoemaker ; his parents, Loyd & Lynn Shoemaker of Cypress, TX and Sandy Harrington of Germany; Grandparents, Bob & Audrey Harrington of Groves, TX; Siblings & their families, Felecia & Brian Criss and their children, Kyle Downs, Erick Downs, Nathan Criss, Tyler Criss, & step daughter Chasidy Downs all of Waxahachie, TX ; Jennifer & Travis Townsend and their daughter, Aria of Austin, TX; Josh Shoemaker and wife, Jessica, of Kerrville, TX, Sarah Harrington and Cheyenne Tate, both of Germany; special cousins, BW & Cindy Shoemaker and their children, Hagen & Hudson of Spurger, TX; Father in law and Mother in law, Randy & Bea Butler of Ratliff City, OK and Daniel's wife's brother, Colby & Kristy Butler and their children, Braylen & Bowen of Duncan, OK as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
