Cynthia Pauline Simpson

Cynthia Pauline Simpson, 77, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2023.  She was born January 10, 1946 in Omaha, Nebraska the daughter of George and Irma Simpson.  

Cynthia was a Past Grand Worthy Matron of the Schaffer Chapter #1, Nebraska Order of the Eastern Star.  She was also very involved at her church, Joshua Chapel AME in Waxahachie, Tx. She enjoyed playing Bingo at the Waxahachie Senior Center, making jewelry, and hanging out with her friends.  

Cynthia is survived by her granddaughter Lizzie, and grandson, Evan JR, along with nieces, a nephew, grand nieces and grand nephews, and many other friends and family.  She was preceded in death by her son, Evan Phillip Simpson.  

She will be buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Omaha Nebraska.  In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in her name to the Nebraska Order of the Eastern Star.
