Craig Biggerstaff

Craig Edwin Biggerstaff, 58 of Red Oak Texas passed away Friday, January 23, 2015 at Baylor-Scott& White Hospital in Waxahachie. He was born on April 13, 1956 in Electra, TX to Cecil and Margery Biggerstaff. He grew up in Harlingen, Texas where he played basketball in high school and college. He was a very hard worker, he worked for Vought for over 30 years. He loved his family and was a wonderful husband, father, stepfather and granddaddy. His greatest joy was his grandkids. He had a great sense of humor and was very easy going. Anyone who knew him knew he was a very kind and generous man. He enjoyed family, spending time with his family, warm weather, swimming and walking the dogs. He will be dearly missed by those who knew him and loved him. He is survived by his wife Mary Biggerstaff of Red Oak, Texas. Daughters, Crystal Kirby and her husband Bryan of Red Oak, Texas; Michelle Jordan and her husband Kevin of Waxahachie, Carolyn McGuire and Robert Nuncio of Saginaw, Texas and Son Travis Bilbrey of Red Oak, TX. 1 Brother: Brice Biggerstaff and wife Carolyn of Houston, Texas, Grandchildren: Beau, Jentri, Madison, Reese and Blake Kirby, Hallie and Hunter Jordan, Jordan, Cameron and Kaleb Fox, Adylan and Amber Nuncio. Numerous Aunts, Uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents Cecil Biggerstaff on May 5, 2007 and Margery Biggerstaff June 26, 2007. Services to celebrate his life are scheduled for 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home with Deacon Johnny Schell officiating. Interment will follow at the Red Oak Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Bryan and Beau Kirby, Kevin Jordan, Robert Nuncio, Jordan and Cameron Fox, Travis Bilbrey and Keller Shaw. Visitation with the family will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
