Clarence Wells

Clarence Lee Wells, 53, of Waxahachie, Texas, succumbed to cancer at his son's home surrounded by his family on October 20, 2013. Clarence was raised in Red Oak, Texas son of Carl Lee Wells and Marie Wells. Clarence was a loving father, grandfather and friend to all. Clarence loved spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed playing with his grandchildren and watching everybody have a good time. Clarence was always there to help friends with household projects, coaching sports, or whatever else they needed him for. Clarence is survived by son Robert Wells, daughter-in-law LaJohnna, and grandchildren Marty Clayton and Cameron Wells of Kemp, Texas. Daughter Jasmine Wallace, son-in-law Marty and grandchildren Olivia, Mia, and J.D Wallace of Dangerfield, Texas. Son David Wells, daughter-in-law Natalie and grandchildren Preston, and Connor Wells of Waxahachie, Texas. Sister, Mary Lou Wells of Terrell, Texas. Brother Harold Wells of Terrell, Texas. Brother James Wells of Arkansas. With many nieces, nephews and extended family. Visitation for family and friends will be from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23 at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. A celebration of life is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 24, 2013 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home with Pastor Chad Spence officiating.
