Christine Autrey

Christine Mary Autrey, 87 of Waxahachie, passed away Friday, May 03, 2013 in Waxahachie. She was born to the late Tony and Bessie Overdirth in Grimes County , Texas . Christine was a long time member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Waxahachie. She loved music, loved to dance and enjoyed being a member of the Waxahachie Senior Citizens. She will be dearly missed by her family and everyone who knew her and loved her. She is survived by 1 Daughter & Son in Law: Margaret and Joe Hall of Waxahachie. 3 Sisters in Laws: Helen Autrey of Waxahachie, Tx., Lois Autrey of Georgetown, Texas and Katie Overdirth Stanton of Waxahachie. 1 Grandson: Jason Duvall of Waxahachie; 2 Great Grandchildren: Jake Autrey Duvall and Savanna Grace Duvall both of Waxahachie and a host of Nieces and Nephews, Cousins and a host of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Husband, Marion Autrey in 1997; 2 Brothers: Tony Overdirth, Jr. and Charles Overdirth and 1 son: David Autrey in 1971. Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for 10 AM Tuesday, May 07, 2013 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Waxahachie. Interment will follow at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Ennis , Texas . The family will received friends and family from 6-8 PM with a Rosary at 7:00 PM on Monday, May 06, 2013 at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home in Waxahachie. Arrangements are under the direction of Wayne Boze Funeral Home in Waxahachie.
