Charles Ray Ferguson of Red Oak passed away at Red Oak Health & Rehab. He was born in Brandon, Texas to Lloyd Benjamin and Gladys (Kuykenall) Ferguson. Charles was member of Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Glen Heights. He was also a member of The Texas Early Days Tractor & Engine Associations. Charles loved woodworking.

Mr. Ferguson is survived by: one son, Charles Richard Ferguson of Red Oak, TX; one daughter, Diane Marie Ferguson of Red Oak, TX; two brothers, Charles' twin brother, Joseph Roy Ferguson of Mesquite, TX; brother, Hugh Lloyd Ferguson of San Antonio, TX; three sisters, Mary Ellen Langford of Chandler, TX; Nancy Sue Coffey of Ennis, TX; Jane Isabella Ferguson of Hillsboro, TX; one grandson, Joseph Benjamin Ferguson of Shakopee, MN; five nieces and nine nephews; several great nieces and nephews.
Mr. Ferguson was preceded in death by, his parents and wife, Dawn Herring Ferguson in 1999.

The family will receive friends and relatives 6-8 PM Friday, April 8, 2005 at the Red Oak Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will be 2 PM Saturday April 9, 2005 at Lord of Life Lutheran Church, in Glen Heights, 700 E. Ovilla Rd. with Rev. Vicki Taylor officiating. Pallbearers will be; Micah Langford, Aaron Langford, Dalton Fergudux, William Ferguson, Christopher Ferguson, Mark Hopkins. Interment will follow in the Brandon Bynum Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 2680, North Canton, OH. 44720.

Arrangements are under the direction of Red Oak Funeral Home.
