Carrie Ward

Carrie Nadine Ward, 74 of Waxahachie, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2011 in Waxahachie. She was born to the late J. B. and Carrie Williams Wade on January 1, 1937 in Dallas, Texas. Nadine's passion in life was spending time with her grandchildren. She was a true caregiver and was very devoted to her family. She is survived by her sons, David Ward and his wife, Jan of Waxahachie, Ronnie Ward and his wife, Regina of Sulphur Springs; her grandchildren, Kate Ward, Jennifer Hood and her husband, Todd, Rachel Tubb and her husband, Clint; she was also survived by her great-grandchildren, Tobyn Hood, Towne Hood, Hunter Tubb, Garrett Tubb and Gabby Tubb. Services to celebrate Nadine's life is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 30, 2011 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home, Waxahachie. Interment will follow at Bells Chapel Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, October 29, 2011 at Wayne Boze Funeral Home
