Mr. Hoskins passed away on Friday, February 29, 2008, at Baylor Medical Center in Waxahachie. Carl was born in Sweetwater, Texas to Paul and BeaulahTalley.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Joyce Tracy Hoskins; daughters, Maleia Landry and husband Chuck of Grand Prairie; Pamela Weiss and husband Roger of Austin and Melody Meistrell and husband Richard of Duncanville; Also surviving is one son, Paul Hoskins and wife Karen of Irving; and two sisters, Doris Jean Boykin and Sylvia Webb and husband Ernie; nine Grandchildren and eleven Great Grandchildren.

Preceding him in death was his father, Paul Hoskins, mother Beaulah Talley Hoskins, and brother Kenneth D. Hoskins..

Visitation for family and friends is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4th from 6 to 8 PM at the Red Oak Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be Wednesday, March 5th at 10AM at Red Oak Funeral Home with Interment following in Red Oak Cemetery.
