Brian Scott Shotwell, 38, a loving son, passed away Saturday, April 14, 2007, with his mother at his side. Born on February 13, 1969, in Fort Worth, Scott was a free spirit with extraordinary determination. He love life, lived for the moment, and never looked back. He will be truly missed.

Survivors: Mother, Gail Golden; father, Hugh Shotwell and wife Cindy; sisters, Amanda and Trey Wilson, Parker and Robert Dawson; Uncle Roscoe and Aunt Denise Osteen, Uncle Frank and Aunt Janie Shotwell; Jerry, Stephanie, Wendy, Catrina, Andy, Kyle, Katelyn, Marissa, Nathan, Justin, Rylie, Gunnar, Gavin, Corey, Aless, Curtis, Matt, and best friend Scott Hines and his wife Molly.

The Memorial Service Celebrating his life will be 11 AM Saturday, April 21, 2007 at the St. Paul Episcopal Church in Waxahachie, with Father Terry Reisner officiating.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, please consider memorials be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation in Scott's Memory.

The family also wishes to express heartfelt appreciation to Dr. P. Sankar for his excellent dedicated care.
