Blaire Bravenec

Blaire McKenzie Bravenec passed away at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, TX after a seventeen-day fight to recover from a drowning accident. She was two years old when she left us to stay with her heavenly father, and felt no pain as she left. Blaire is the beloved daughter of Darren and Emily Bravenec, and has a six-month old brother Logan Bravenec.

Blaire’s parents waited seven years for her to come to them, and was loved from the start. Blaire’s two years and three months were spent reading books with her parents, drinking tons of milk, and singing day and night. Blaire was always happy and loved her life at home, school, and wherever else she went. She lived a big life in a short time and made this world a better place because of her presence.

There will be a viewing on July 7th at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home in Waxahachie, TX from 7pm to 10pm followed by a memorial service for Blaire on July 8th, at 11:00am at The Avenue Church, in Waxahachie, TX. In Lieu of flowers her family is requesting donations be made to her family so that they may make a contribution on Blaire’s behalf to Children’s Medical Center where they treated her as a member of their own family while she fought to stay with us.

Blaire is survived by her parents Darren and Emily Bravenec, her brother Logan Bravenec, her paternal grandparents Darrell and Barbie Bravenec, her maternal grandparents Gary and Linda Brunton, and her aunts, uncles, and cousins.
