Billie Jackson

Billie Merle Jackson, 87 of Maypearl, Texas passed away Thursday December 11, 2014 in Azle, Texas. She was born November 08, 1927 in Howard, Texas to the late Calvin & Minnie Caldwell Montgomery. Billie was a member of the First Baptist Church in Maypearl, former member of the Ranch Hand Cowboy Church in Maypearl and "The Church" in Fort Worth. She was an excellent cook who loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In Billie's later years she really enjoyed painting and art. She will be dearly missed by her family and all that knew her and loved her. Survivors include her son: Monty & Kim Jackson of Maypearl, Texas; One Daughter: Melanie & Alvin Barton of Maypearl, Texas. 4 Grandchildren: Todd Barton, Jason Barton, Kristy Smith and the baby Amy Reeves. 8 Great Grandchildren: Deven, Makayla, Skylar, Sloane, Alexis, Cohen, Barrett and Kensley. 3 Nieces: Ann Brown, Sanfra Ann Johnson and Mary Kay Johnson. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Betha Jackson. Services to celebrate her life are scheduled for 10:00 AM Monday, December 15, 2014 at the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Mason and Bro. Dave Wilkerson officiating. Pallbearers will be Todd Barton, Jason Barton, Doug Stout, Dwain Montanez, Don Sneed and Brad Wiggins. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers will be Andre Lopez and Danny Sneed. Interment will follow at the Maypearl Cemetery. Visitation with the family is scheduled from 3:00 to 5:00 PM Sunday, December 14, 2014 at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Wayne Boze Funeral Home in Waxahachie
