Billie Dell Arline

Billie D. Arline peacefully passed away in her sleep on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at the age of 78 after a long battle with Dementia. 

She was born September 2, 1946 in Rice Tx. to the parents of Troy D. and Billie L. Saine. She married her husband, James H. Arline, on July 22, 1967. While married she worked at Southwestern Bell, Texas Instruments and Zales before eventually retiring. 

She is preceded in death by her husband James Arline, her sisters Jeanette Kendal and Joanne Hunter and grand daughter Emma Brown. She is survived by her children John Arline, Pamela Brown, Patricia Samayoa, 6 Grand Children, 5 Great Grand Children and her brother Johnny L. Saine
