Beulah Idella Tipton, age 87
June 1, 1916
January 7, 2004

Mrs. Tipton passed away Wednesday morning at Select Speciality Hospital in DeSoto. She was born in Peacock, Texas to Thomas David and Cora (Dunaway) Burrows. She and William Loyd Tipton were married February 9, 1935 in Lipan, Hood County, Texas. Mrs. Tipton was a member of the Women's Sunday School Class and the First Baptist Church of Waxahachie.

She is survived by: her husband, William Loyd Tipton of Waxahachie; son and daughter-in-law, David and Paulette Tipton of Corsicana, TX.; daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Jim Hickman of Belton, TX.; brother-in-law, Alvin Barker of Gordon, TX.; sister-in-law, Kay Tate of Dallas; five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Emory Burrows and one sister, Wynona Barker.

The family will receive friends and relatives 6-8 PM Thursday at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will be 10 AM Friday, January 9, 2004 in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Dr. Leroy Fenton officiating. Pallbearers will be Bob Saylors, Al Bratcher, Lyle Hunt, Ed Wright, Harold Schwartz and Ed Burleson. Interment will follow in Waxahachie City Cemetery.
