Betty Sharp

Betty Jean Sharp age 71 passed away in Waxahachie on Wednesday, December 12, 2012. She was born to the late Marshal and Mamie (Kyle) Young in Tilden , Texas on March 18, 1941. Betty was raised in the Methodist Children's Home in Waco and later was a secretary for the Children's Home Alumni Association. She is survived by her husband James Sharp of Waxahachie. Also she is survived by one son Stephen and his wife Melani of Lakeside Village,TX, one daughter Kimmy and her husband Gary Watts of Waxahachie, and a brother Jerald Young of Waskom, TX . Betty also has two grandchildren: Ryan Watts, Chelsea and husband Brian Lambert of Waxahachie; two great grandchildren Austin and Caleb Lambert. Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00 Am Saturday, December 15, 2012 at Robinson Cemetery in McLennan County . Visitation will be held on Friday, December 14, 2012 from 6-8 PM at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home in Waxahachie , TX .
