Betty Pillow

Betty Martin Pillow, 72, of Frisco TX, passed away Saturday, June 15, 2019, at Beehive Homes of Frisco. She was born on September 18, 1946, to Jake and Helen Martin in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Betty will be greatly missed for her beautiful sense of humor and immense care for others. At age 40, she returned to school to obtain her nursing degree. After she graduated, she worked for Children's Medical Center of Dallas for 10 years. Betty left Children's to work for a pharmaceutical company where she traveled to various parts of the country to sell infertility drugs to hospitals and clinics. Betty always had an amazing bedside manner, not only to those she loved, but to anyone in need. In addition to her caring nature, she enjoyed traveling, dancing, and spending time with her family and friends. She truly loved to laugh.

Betty lived a fulfilling life as a loving wife to her late husband John, and a loving mother to four children; John Pillow II (Julia), David Faulkner (Sarah), Jennifer Hawley, and Dawn Faulkner. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; Justin, Johnathon, Cameron, Malie, Keile, Jake, Lucy and five great grandchildren; Landon, Austin, Kaitlynne, Killian, Kyler. She was a caring sister to two siblings; Robert Martin (Debbie), and Barbara Autrey (Jerry), and a friend to many. Her legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone she interacted with as well as the hearts she touched but never met.
