Betty Skipper French (Mini) of Waxahachie, Texas, age 83, went home to be with her Lord Jesus July 6, 2021. She passed away peacefully at home while sleeping through the night. She had battled a hard and lengthy illness.
Betty graduated from High School in 1956 and went to work, which was very important to her. She was an involved and good worker. Betty was involved in Trick Riding on horses. She later moved to Dallas and Mesquite Texas before moving back home to Waxahachie. She was a long-time member of Farley Street Baptist Church and a true and firm believer in Christ. She loved the Lord with all her heart and soul. She enjoyed talking to old friends, sharing school memories and loved watching the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. She always wanted to help everybody and tell them about the Lord, who loves them.
Betty is survived by her loving husband, Randy French of Waxahachie; son, Rick Bruce and wife Angy Bruce; Grandkids, Grant Bruce and wife Kelsie Bruce, Blake Bruce and wife Katie Bruce and Celi Bruce; Great Grandkids, Garret Bruce, Kade Bruce and Jaci Ann Bruce; Brother, Billy Wayne Skipper and many Uncles, Aunts and Cousins.
She is Preceded in death by her parents, Dub and Lucille Skipper.
She will be truly missed by Family and Friends. She has gone to a better place.
