Betty Boswell

Betty C. Boswell, age 70, left us on May 28, 2015 with her family by her side in Red Oak, Texas. She was born on May 28, 1945 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to the late Jesse and Annie Greenlee. She spent 30 years managing E.W. Smith, Inc. Her interests included family, music and reading. Betty was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother affectionately known as our " GG". Mrs. Boswell is survived by her husband Fred Boswell; brother Leroy Greenlee, dearest friends Dorothy and Jim Wheatley; sons: Darryl Smith and wife Cynda; Allan Smith and wife Debbie; daughter: Kerri Jaggers and husband Mike and stepdaughter Casey Boswell. Her grandsons are Brad and wife Briana, Justin and wife Jessica, Jett, Mikey and Shaff. Granddaughters are Erin and husband Phillip, Katelin and husband Casey, Ilissa and husband Tillman, Alaina and Emily. Great grandchildren are Carson, Brynlee, and Kameron; plus a host of nieces and nephews. Betty is preceded in death by her husband of 35 years Everett Walter Smith and parents Jessie and Annie Greenlee. Visitation will be Sunday, May 31, 2015 from 6-8 PM at Wayne Boze Funeral Home. Services will be held on Monday June 1, 2015 at 2 pm in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel of Wayne Boze Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Waxahachie City Cemetery.
