Bettie Roark

Bettie Beryl Boze Roark, 68, went to the Lord Tuesday February 22, 2022 with her three sons by her side.

Bettie was born July 31, 1953 in Waxahachie, TX to Pat and Jessie Boze. She was a lifelong resident of Waxahachie.  Bettie worked for Southwestern Bell until she retired.  She had an amazing free spirit and loved having fun with her family and friends.  Her latest passion was traveling and exploring the world.  She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

Bettie is survived by her three sons and wives, Rip and Lisa Roark, their children, Colton and Ty, all of Carrizo Springs, Brandon and Brittany Roark, their children, Dakota, Chase, and Trinity, all of Waxahachie, Cody and Jennifer Roark, their children Reed and Jolie, all of Dallas and stepdaughter and her husband; Wendy and David Shappard, their daughter Madison, all of Waxahachie, her brother and wife, Wayne and Maggie Boze; her two sisters and brother in-law, Laura Linda and Patrick Wilson, Nancy Boze; her many nephews and nieces; and her former husband Ron Roark.

She was preceded in death by her parents Pat and Jessie Boze.

Bettie especially will be remembered for her beautiful attitude towards life and her fiery spirit that served to strengthen everyone she met.  Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her children.
