Bertha Mae Mismash, age 71

Mrs. Bertha Mae Mismash passed away at her Waxahachie residence on Wednesday, July 12, 2006. She was born in Rockvale, CO. to Antone and Mary (Burchik) Kattnig. She was raised in Westcliff, CO. and graduated from Custer County High School. Mrs. Mismash was employed with Mid-West Steel and Fabrication for 43 years, retiring in 1999. She married James Mismash May 14, 1961 in Pueblo, CO. Mrs. Mismash was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church.

Her survivors include: her husband of 45 years, James Mismash; son and daughter-in-law, James A. and Carrie Mismash; grandchildren, Tiffany and Jimmy Mismash. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and two sisters.

A Memorial Service will be 10 AM Monday, July 24, 2006 in the Roselawn Chapel in Colorado.

Memorials may be made to San Grede Cristo Hospice.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home.
