Barbara White

Oklahoma on March 26, 2018. Barbara was born to Leota Marie Jackson Collins and Edward Grant Collins on September 25, 1950 in Peoria, Illinois. In 1959, the family relocated to Fort Worth, Texas where she attended school and worked with other family members at the Candlelight Drive In Restaurant.

Barbara was loved dearly by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, and brothers Thomas Leroy Collins and Joseph Anthony Ellis and granddaughter Faith Murphy.

Barbara is survived by her children, daughters Stacy McClain and husband Blane Sugg of Stroud, Oklahoma, Tammy Murphy and husband Mike of Fort Worth, Texas, Terisa Tays and wife Skye of Smyrna, Delaware, and son Leonard White and wife Dawn of Keller, Texas. Other survivors include sister Guila Jackson and brother Wendell Collins of Waxahachie, brother Gary Collins of Billings, Montana and grandchildren Ricky Cooper, Chelsea White, Andrew White, Daniel White, Christopher White, Destiny White, Michael Murphy II, Paige Diver, Allisun Tays ad Logan Tays, sister-in-law Marci Collins of Fort Worth, five great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A family viewing will be held on Friday, March 30 from 12:00 to 4:00 PM at the Wayne Boze Funeral Home with cremation to follow.
