Barbara Gravely

Barbara Weatherman Gravely of Red Oak, Texas passed away Monday, February 20, 2017 at Baylor Hospital in Waxahachie, Texas after a long illness. There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 2:00pm in the Pat Boze Memorial Chapel, of the Wayne Boze Funeral Home located at 1826 W. Hwy 287 Business Waxahachie, Texas.

Barbara was born on April 10, 1936 in Wythe County Virginia to Ray Jackson and Minnie Lee Gallimore Weatherman. Barbara was a devoted homemaker who loved and enjoyed her family. Barbara was also referred to by her family as ‘Bobbie.'

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Ray Jackson and Minnie Lee Weatherman.

Barbara is survived by her husband, William ‘Bill' Gravely of Red Oak, Texas daughter Kathie G. Garrett of Red Oak, sisters Maxine Hyatt of Pulaski, Virginia and Daphne Hyatt and husband Robert of Peachtree City, Georgia. Also two grandsons, Ryan Garrett and Sean Garrett and wife Kailee. Her Great Granddaughter Summer Marie Garrett whom she adored. Barbara will be greatly missed by many friends who loved her.
